SHIPPING
We currently ship within New Zealand. We aim to process and ship your orders within 3 - 5 days. This is as some of our pieces are made to order. Once shipped your order should arrive within 3 - 5 days. Please note our couriers may experience delays due to COVID19. You are also more than welcome to pick up your order from our Hunua home - there is no cost to collect your order.
EXCHANGES
Given all our products are handcrafted they are all unique and may not look 100% like the images. If for some reason you want to exchange your product we are more than happy to facilitate this. Send us an email at info@hunuawoodcraft.co.nz and we can organise this.
RETURNS
We are happy to process any returns. These must be returned within 30 days of your order with all products in the original condition. Once received we will process a full refund.
